Fee per Person – Please Pay in Sin or US Dollars Only

1. Standard Fee - Each registration includes access to all sessions, proceedings, welcome reception, daily lunches, coffee/tea & the conference dinner banquet.

2. Student Fee includes welcome reception but excludes conference dinner banquet. Students are required to email / fax a student verification letter to the conference secretariat together with the Registration ID. The letter should include:
   1) Student name
   2) Student matriculation number (student ID)
   3) Expiration date
   4) University name

3. IEEE members enjoy special rates only when the membership ID are provided at the time of registration.

4. Each meeting registration entitles a delegate to present up to ONE accepted paper.  Additional fee at SGD420/USD300 per paper is payable if you wish to present more than one accepted paper.

5. Presenting Authors - Please clearly specify Paper ID(s) at the time of registration. This is compulsory and required for scheduling the presentations.

6. Over length page charge at SGD140/USD100 each is payable if your paper exceeds the 6-page limit. No author may exceed eight pages for each paper.

7. Early bird rate applies for payments received by 1 July 2008. After this date, current rate applies and any outstanding payment will be collected during the conference at the time of check-in.

• 5 to 9 participants: 10%
  10 or more participants: 20%

Conditions & Refund Policy

1. Authors Need Register and Make Payment by 1 July in order to have their papers included in the conference proceedings. There will be no refund for registration withdrawal/cancellation by authors.

2. Registration Withdrawal/Cancellation by non-authors are subject to the following conditions:
   - Withdrawal Cancellation Policy: No refund after 31 July.
   - If withdrawal/cancellation is received on and before 31 July , an administrative fee of SGD100/USD80 applies.

3. Registration confirmation is subject to payment being received by the Secretariat Office.

4. A substitute may be allowed provided such a notice and the particulars of the substitute are received by the Secretariat office before 1 September.

1. You may make registration payment by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) at no additional fee.  Cheques drawn from banks in Singapore are also acceptable. Please mark clearly Registrant’s Name and ICMIT 2008 on back of cheque.

2. For payment by cashiers' order, bank draft or telegraphic transfer, there is additional bank charge of SGD70/USD50. This amount must be added to your other payments.
